Friday, October 10: Welcome Day
8:00-9:30AM - Breakfast in the Lodge.
10:00-2:00PM - FUN in the SUN.
- Field Games.
- Pool Time.
- Volleyball.
4:00-6:00PM - Gates open, other guests arrive.
5:00-9:00PM - Bar opens
- Incuding coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic imbibables.
6:00PM - Dinner in the Lodge
- Corn-hole and ping-pong in the Town Square
- Board games & cards in the Lodge
- Giant Chess
- Flitting amongst the cocktail tables
8:00PM - Campfire
Saturday, October 11: Wedding Bells
8:00-9:30AM - Breakfast in the Lodge.
9:30AM-12:00PM Mandatory Relaxation.
- Museum prepped for groomsmen (steamer, iron, cold ones).
- Pool open 11-3.
- Venture on a hike or into town!
12:00PM-1:30PM Grab & Go Lunch.
- Will also be delivered to Bridal Cottage.
- Games moved to cocktail lawn.
4:00PM Guest Arrival.
- Off-site guests shuttled to Redwood Grove.
- On-site guests walk to the Grove.
4:30PM Ceremony Begins.
Post-Ceremony.
- Newlyweds & bridal party to Monie's Cottage for photos and document signing.
- Guests head to Town Square for cocktail hour.
- 5:00PM bar opens, lawn games begin, and small comestibles materialize.
6:00PM - Guests to their dinner seats.
6:10PM - The Couple Make Their Appearance
6:15PM - Dinner Begins
7:00-8:00PM - Toasts, Cake, and First Dances
9:55PM - Bar Close, Last Dance
- Off-site guests shuttled away.
10PM - After Party
Sunday, October 12: Farewell, So Long
8:00-10:00AM - Goodbye Brunch in the Lodge.
11:00AM - Guest checkout
- Staff available to help with luggage and transport.
12:00PM - Newlyweds Depart!
- Staff will load bags and decor.
